• I’m always seeing the first piece of random text first when I visit my site (https://www.wildmind.org – it’s the news block in the left sidebar). If I refresh the page in Chrome it cycles through the three items we have in the plugin, which isn’t much use. In Safari I see the same one over and over, which is even less useful. A colleague never sees anything but one of the first two pieces of text.

It seems if Im not logged in as admin I see the same message over and over.

Has there been a fix for this yet? My site only shows the first quote and then when it is supposed to change it goes blank. I have over 50 quotes loaded so I’m sure that there is one to replace the first but nothing. Widgets works the same way. Only shows the first then nothing.

I have the same issue and found out this is caused by the W3 Total Cache plugin I have installed on my website.

If you have a caching plugin installed, it will create a static version of all of your pages and therefore the random text is not updated. This also explains why the plugin is working fine when you are logged in (cache is disabled for logged in users).

Unfortunately I have not yet found a workaround for this…
