[Plugin: Rating-Widget] Redirect the rating results to other pages?

Hi, i’m wondering if you can redirect each of vote result to other pages within the website?
for example I want each of the results to show up on my list accordingly to each game.

is there a shortcode or a href or something?
I about to get premium membership form you, but this is the issue that is holding me off. If you can solve it, I’ll gladly upgrade.
