[Plugin: Rating-Widget] The calculation of widget is wrong

I own a post with 40 positive votes and one negative. Before receiving that negative vote the post appeared in the widget, but after this post disappeared.

The posts that appear now have only positive votes. Each received respectively 43, 29, 28, 25 and 25.

In this case the post that won the 40 positive votes should not appear in the widget too?
