Plugin Re-Submission "Name Already Used"

I submitted a plugin a few weeks ago and needed to make changes for it to be accepted. I missed the changes deadline so it was denied. In the email I received it said “re-submit your plugin. You can even use the same name” but when I try and re-submit it I am getting an error “That name already exists. Please choose another name.”

I’m not exactly sure where to go for help so I am hoping this will ok!
