[Plugin: React Social Analytics] I can not login to my site now because of this stupid plugin

  • I installed this plugin thinking it would be great but it never let me finish registering and emails to their support have yet to be answered and now I can not login to my site to disable and uninstall this POS because I get this Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long $code ]]) in /home/content/89/8569189/html/wp-content/plugins/react-social-analytics/library/OpenReact/Exception.php on line 36

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing problems with your plugin. On which address did you mail us? I cannot recall receiving any support emails on this matter.

    First of all, if you can’t login at all anymore, just rename the plugin in your plugin directory. WordPress then won’t load the plugin and you’ll be able to login again.

    Regarding this error, did you configure at least one social network at your application @ https://account.react.com/ ?

    We investigated this Fatal Error and tracked it down to a problem with PHP 5.2 . We’ve just released version 1.0.2.0 of our plugin, which is fully tested on both PHP 5.2.17 and 5.3.10

    Would you please update the plugin? You probably still need to complete remaining installation steps. Please let us know if you need any help.
