[Plugin: Really simple Facebook Twitter share buttons] javascript & cookies loaded without plugi

Hi,

I am using the plugin at single post pages, to give users the possibility to respond to blogs. It is also configured only to be active on single post pages, but still the plugin is loading twitter and g+ javascripts in the header.

This has some impact on performance as well as cookies already loaded on pages like the homepage. Is it possible that the plugin only puts it in the head section on pages where its needed?
