[Plugin: Recent Posts] HTML markup problem

Hi. I use html markup in post titles (like < br / > or sometimes < em >) and wordpress renders it just fine (line new line and “italic”). The problem is Recent Posts plugin render the titles *with* markup visible. Is there a way to fix it?
