[Plugin: Recent Revisions] missing some revisions

Hello and thanks for a fine app. In recent months, the dashboard revision list is missing some page edits. Another “Email Post Changes” plugin continues to work properly and sends email notices each time. Is there something I can check or adjust to insure that all changes appear in the list?
