Plugin recomendation

Hi guys,

I’m looking for some recommendations. I run a temp agency, each week all the temp staff hand paper timesheets to our clients, that are signed off and faxed to our office so we know what to pay our staff that are placed with them.

Obviously having this paper trail is an elongated process (chasing late sheets etc), not to mention not very cost effective.

I’m thinking of a way to run an online system, wouldn’t need to be complex. It would be ideal if our clients could log onto our site and be presented with a list of the staff placed with them, then each week they fill in a box for total hours and just submit the information via the website.

I was thinking about setting up a glorified contact form, but with the number of clients and staff we have, it would be a full time job keeping the setup up to date! ??

Does anyone know of, or use a plugin/ open source system that may be useful?
