Plugin recomendation to make a discount page.

I comment as an introduction that i′m working in a discount web that basically will “collect” preferences and tastes from people to later send to them discounts in accordance to their inputs.

To do so, I′ve been looking for almost a month a plugin (or a combination of plugins) that allow me to do this:

1) People have to create an account and login (WP Members is one of many).
2) People access to a discount page where they will see all the discounts availables, with this features:
i. I want to introduce on the left one filter that allows the people to choose their neighborhood, type of discount (bar, restaurant, entretainment, etc.). As the people check the filters, only the discounts that “meet” the filter are shown. Plugin: ?
ii. I would like to displeay the discounts as photos for example a restaurants logo, bar logo, etc. and that the user could add especific discounts to their “discount cart” (or something like that) and save their selection. Plugin: ?
3) Last but not least, once the user saves his selection, i need to access to his information to later send to the customer the discounts. Something CRITICAL is to have the ability to export in once all the users selections to excel. (if the web gains high entrence volume, it wont be possible to manage all the customers entrances one by one)

If you could help at least with just one part of my questions, that would be great!
