User management plugin

Hi Guys
I am looking for a registration plugin and would love your input with what I should use to meet my needs. I have been looking for hours to find one but nothing seems to fit.
I need the registration to be able to:
-frontend registration and login
-user role selection (compatible with extended user base)
-email confirmation for some of the user roles but not others
-email validation for the others
-facebook registration/login option with user data collected for marketing purposes
-payment options based on user role
-user information able to interact with other plugins (eg. survey results allocated to specific user to build an admin/marketing profile)

I know this is pretty specific and am happy to have customised development of a plugin if required.
