Survey / date reservation plugin

  • Hi,

    I need a plugin that can do the following:

    I want to create a survey or questionnaire form that flips through a few slides or screens. Then you can enter your contact info, and reserve a date and time on a calendar for a meeting.

    I’ve been looking around, but I haven’t been able to pin a plugin that has all of these options.

    If you guys could help it would be great

    It’s difficult to find a single plugin that does several disparate functions. You’ll have more success utilizing a few different plugins, each which does a specific function. Hence a quiz plugin, a slider plugin, and a reservations plugin. It may take some custom coding to tie everything together, but that should be much easier than developing a bespoke plugin that does it all.

    If the quiz plugin supports shortcodes in content and the slider and reservation plugins offer shortcode integration as well, the custom coding required might be limited to inserting shortcodes into quiz content.
