[Plugin: Redirection] Modules > Apache > "Disabled: enter the location of.." ??

Hi,

I wondered what it means if Apache within modules is disabled? Do i need to enable it in order to have correct 301 redirects for my pages??

they are just simple redirects, from old .htm pages used before i added wordpress and reuploaded the site.
