    Hello,
I made some changes in my blog and put the Twitter of the authors, but one of them complete the wrong form, using only “@username” instead “twitter.com/username”.

Now I have and “<link>/@<username>” in “Not Found” of the Google Webmaster Tools. If I only make and redirection from “<link>/@<username>” to “<link>/<username>” it doesn’t redirect, so I can’t resolve the Webmaster Tool problem.

Anyone have an fix for that?

  • I′m having similar problems. Redirection rules don’t seem to get activated when the source URL contains non-valid URL characters (according to wordpress) even if the target URL is a valid one.

I′d appreciate any input on this.

It solved my problem when I marked the input “regular expression”, at least for the @. Did you try it? I don’t know what really does, but worked.
