[Plugin: Register Plus] Installed and Activated Nothing Happens Won’t Work

I installed the Register Plus and activated it. Edited the settings and nothing happened. Where is the registration page? I tried the login page and it was still the same and hasn’t changed.

Are there any instructions for this?

I am running 2.7.1 I want to require people to register to post.

Please help.
