[Plugin: Register Plus Redux]

  • I think this may lie in how you’ve set up your WP install as a whole, not the set up for this plugin.

    After loggin into WP, go to the Settings box in the admin bar (on the left, at the bottom).
    Go into “General”.
    Make sure that under “Membership”, that the “Anyone can register” checkbox is definitely checked / filled in!
