[Plugin: Register Plus Redux] display addition fields of users

I’ve added few extra fields for registration. When users signup, I want to verify them manually based on what they enter in those fields and then approve those members.

For example, one field could be age and I’d like to verify only those who’re above 18.

The problem now is I get a list of unverified users but can’t see the extra fields I’ve added in that list. I have to manually click on each users name to see their data, go back to the list, approve or reject, then do the same thing for the next user.

What I would like is to be able to see selective fields in the users list. If someone can just guide what changes I need to make to display those fields, it would be great.

Additionally, an option to download users data with all their fields would be useful.
