[Plugin: Register Plus] Use WP_PLUGIN_URL instead of hard-coding “wp-content”

    This comment is for the devs of Register Plus.

    Just wanted to say that instead of hard-coding the “wp-content” directory in your code, you might want to use the variable, WP_PLUGIN_URL, because some WordPress installs configure their WP_CONTENT_DIR differently than the default “wp-content”.
