[Plugin: Register Plus] User Defined Fields in Admin Email

Hi everyone.
I have a members only site, where owners of timeshare must put in their interval number and last name of primary owner to become a member. Everything is working GREAT, except I REALLY need to have the user defined fields (interval and primary owner name) show up in the email to the administrator so they can authorize. I see where to add it to the email to the user, but not the administrator. Anyone? THANKS!!!
