[Plugin: Related Posts Thumbnails] How to show only related post thumbnails by specific contributor

There are several contributors on my WordPress blog. Is it possible for the related posts thumbnails that are shown after a blog post to only show related posts by specific contributor?

If this is possible, how would it be implemented?
