G’day – i installed your plug in, hoping to replace the search box in my sidebar – see https://www.criticalconditioning.com – Ive indexed successfully but i cant actually see the search box on my page. Is this because i have hidden the original wp search box & added a widget to my sidebar? Is it a matter of telling the sidebar to get the search box css? Sorry im new to all this!

Relevanssi doesn’t provide a search box, so just return the default search box and it’ll work.

Checking at your site, I do see a search box on the left sidebar, so perhaps you’ve got it fixed already?

Yeah, sorry, got a little confused – thanks for your hasty reply!

Hi, I’ve installed your plugin at https://www.bollywoodlyrics.com but the search doesn’t return anything now. I’ve indexed all the posts. I’m using Custom Post Types (3 of them) and several Custom Taxonomies via the GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools. I read that there are known issues when using custom posts and taxonomies. Are there known fixes that will help fix the issue?

I’ve set the configuration to index everything and specified some custom taxonomies to be indexed.

Thanks in advance for your help.
