Plugin reliable and Support perfect

I use Infinite WP Client since years. Works very good, very reliable, no bugs and if there is a problem or if I have questions, there is a ticket system integrated. The response time and Support is perfect: Super fast and professionell – everything was solved problems very fast and to my full satisfaction.
If every support would be like that!!!!!
