Plugin removed costum fields?

When I press “Players” then new to add a new album or music, I can’t anymore. because the fields are gone?. All music that I’ve added before is still there, just adding a new one doesn’t work anymore.
What I’ve done:
1. I’ve changed the php file which contains the costum fields with a new one that I’ve installed in a local theme, that worked.
2. I’ve replaced all filed of the plugin with a new one.here is a screenshot with the problem:
