    Hello georgebr,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

I appreciate your proactive approach to resolving this issue.

That is an unexpected behavior of the plugin.
Normally Facebook for WooCommerce should clean up all the events when it is removed.

Did you follow the WP Crontrol solution described in this thread?
If yes, then how did that go?
Please share a screenshot of WP Crontrol for better understanding.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

I followed the WP Crontrol solution. But I have listed it see above: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-deleted-but-cron-still-runs/

    Hey, @georgebr!

Can you please head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    WooCommerce transients – Clear
    Expired transients – Clear
    Clear template cache – Clear
    Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    Clear customer sessions -Clear

If that does not solve the issue, please try clearing the website’s cache. Some plugins like “WP Rocket” or “W3 Total Cache” can help with this.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Have a wonderful day!

Hi, I did everything as recommended. It didn’t help. I’m sending a screenshot:

    Any ideas?

    Regards, George

    Hey, @georgebr!

Can you please try the following:

Search for?wc_facebook_regenerate_feed?in all scheduled actions, and look for it in pending actions and delete the upcoming one?

    https://share.cleanshot.com/0Xnwrzbs

After that, it shouldn’t recreate itself if Facebook for WooCommerce is not installed.

If it does recreates, please share the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support so we can take a better look at your website’s system.

    Have a wonderful day!
