Hi, it appears that whenever a plugin is disabled on any of the WP backend pages, the plugin dissapears from the WP backend menu. Is there a way to fix this?

(I’m aware that the plugin contains an option for a custom menu, but I’m asking about the default WP menu)

    Please advise, thank you

    Hi @countrypark

The missing menu items are added by the plugins, and FDP disables the entire plugins. And WordPress builds the admin menu every time you load a backend page. This is why you don’t see all the menu items.

A way to display all the menu items served by an internal cache of FDP is already under development, but this feature is still not available with the current version of FDP, and I can’t say when it will be ready. Displaying it from the admin top bar from the FDP cache is a lot easier, this is why you have it there.

The FDP setting pages are the only pages where you will be able to see all the menu items because on those pages FDP doesn’t disable any plugin, only their scripts.

I am aware of the fact that having the main navigation not complete is not an optimal thing, I am working on it, but at the moment I can only suggest you use the navigation from the admin top bar until this feature is ready.

I don’t know why you don’t get the emails. This is something related to this support forum that is not under my control.
