Plugin removed the down arrows of theme and other issues

  • 1. We installed the plugin and we like what it does and the look, but now all the down arrows on our menu are gone. If I remove the plugin the down arrows come back.

    2. There is an odd > before the text on the page with the poll.
    I have recreated the poll, created a new page. It doesn’t matter the > is always there.

    3. We purchased the pro version. Purchasing was easy, but it never asked for anything like an email address or allowed us to create a login and the purchase did not redirect to a download page – nothing! I paid for the plugin, but we haven’t received anything.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
