    Hey. I realized that sometimes there is an error with your plugin. I mean it should send email to recover cart after 30 minutes but in fact it adds note that order was recovered in the situation when a customer pays immediately.     It doesn’t happen always. There is just 3/100 orders with such notification. It doesn’t have much matter for me but I realized that there is a serious problem with orders that have such notification.

    Products in orders with such bad added notification doesn’t have “Product Variation” in their meta data. Looks like it has been removed by something.

    Any ideas of what can be a reason?

    Can you please share for which payment was used for those orders?

    Can you please check if the same order is recorded in the plugin?

    Are you using any CRM system on your site?

    Regarding the variation issue, it should not happen as we are adding same cart data in the recovery link.

    Which version of the plugin you have installed on your site?
