    Hello,
I am using unit price for woocommerce plugin to sell wine. It’s perfect, great job!

I display the unit price of the bottles and I sell them in multiples of 6.
The price per multiple of 6 is normally displayed in the shopping cart.
However, if you return to the store and select the same product (therefore sold exclusively in multiples of 6) the plugin adds the unit price of the bottle to the shopping cart.

How to solve this problem ?

    I use:
    The7 theme + Elementor

    Thanks a lot,
    Lolo

    Hi,
here are the captures of the ordering process. In the meantime, the plugin no longer reports the configured quantities at all.

Please try to install the above mentioned Qty buttons plugin, if it doesn’t solve the issue try to temporarily switch to another theme to verify there is no conflict with you theme.

    Hi,
In addition, try to deactivate all the plugins (except WooCommerce and Unit Price) to see if it solves the issue.

    Hi,

I did the test with only Unit Price and woocommerce and it works. Adding just after Elementor, the bp comes back, so the bp comes from Elementor. Do you have a solution to make it work with Elementor?
Thank you very much for the time spent…

    Hi,
Is it Elementor or Elementor Pro? try to unpublish the product archive template in elementor (so the default theme template will be used), and enable the ‘Qauntity (Shop pages)’ option in the Unit Price settings.

    Hi,

The pb comes from Elementor pro! Indeed, without this plugin, the prices are displayed correctly, and add up perfectly in the cart by multiple of 6. On the other hand, a tooltip appears if the customer wants to put a quantity that is not a multiple of 6. Perfect . But a big part of my site is made with Elementor Pro. How can I still use it?

    thanks a lot

    Hi,
Try to unpublish the Elementor pro template of the product shop/product archive so the default theme template will be used.

    (@wplfll3)

Thanks ! yes indeed, the problem came from the Elementor templates.
On the other hand, I identified another pb with Elementor:
when I install the woocommerce element “the products” in a page, it is imperative to check “authorize the order” otherwise it does not work.
Then, once a product has been selected, the “add to cart” button disappears, which is a shame even if you can still change the quantities in the final basket.

Finally, when I define in Woocommerce my shop page created with Elementor,
the design of the theme takes over while the page is well designed with woocommerce elements… and suddenly, the plugin does not work again.

    A last solution to propose?

    Thks for all !
