[Plugin Request] Additional registration field

I’m looking for a plugin that will allow me to specify an additional field when a user registers (“Business”), and a way to display a value specific to their account (“Account Balance”), preferably as a short-code. I also need the ability to edit this balance to be specific to the admin.
