Plugin request: “select all plugins”

Is it just me, or would anybody else be interested in a plugin or hack that would allow you to select your plugins and activate/deactivate them all at once?

When I’m faced with troubleshooting to see if one of my plugins is conflicting with something else, I look at my long list of plugins and find myself wishing for an easier way to do that.

I’d be the first to admit that I’m not one to program such a thing. I’m only offering this in the spirit of brainstorming for the plugin developers at large.

Might make for a good entry to the WP plugin competition LaughingLizard is putting on, yes?
