[Plugin: Restrict Categories] Add select all check-box

Hi – it would be awesome it this plugin had an option to select all the categories that are restricted from a specific user – this would make it much easier to use the plugin to allow access rather than disallow it, if you see what I mean. I.e. you just tick select all, and un-tick the categories you want to allow the user to edit.
