Plugin – restrict content to both frontend and backend?

Hi,
I’m looking for a solid solution to restrict access to backend functions and also frontend content.

For backend I have found https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/user-role-editor/ and tested it. It seems to work really well. But can I use this together with some plugin for restrict frontend pages and posts like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/groups/ ?

Are there some plugin that can do all of this? Premium plugin is OK!

I would be grateful for suggestions and shared experience.
