I would like to create an area for employers to search resumes, hiding contact details and they can contact a job seeker through a contact form only. How can this be accomplished?

How can job seekers sign up for email alerts for specific job preferences?

How can I email the link to a job listing to the employer that wrote it and also email the resume listing to the job seekers so they can update their listing/file as needed?
