[Plugin: Rotating Posts] Adding transition effects to the plugin

Hi,

I’m developing a Hybrid child theme and I’m almost done. My client, however, asked me about the possibility of animate the “HM INFORMA” bar (the one using Rotating Posts” at https://plenapropaganda.com.br/sites/hmcontabilidade.com.br/cms/

He asked me if it’s possible to add a horizontal scrolling effect, just like we find at almost every news channel.

I’m thinking about doing some jQuery tweaks, but I want to ask first if anyone already done that or if you could give me some light.
