[Plugin: Row Seats] Page not found after purchase

I can easily create a show and If I’m logged as admin I can purchase tickets without problems. But If I try tu purchase tickets as standard user through the web page link, once I clicked “purchase” appears the page “OOOps page not found” at the link “mysite\thank-you?id*” where * stands for the number of seat reserved.
The fact is that I receive confirmation email anyway! Thank you in advance!
