[Plugin: RSS Footer] Adding Author Name to Footer

  • I have 2 multi-author blogs including https://www.gobackpacking.com and have found out that individual author names do *not* appear for email subscribers like it does in the RSS feeds. I couldn’t resolve this through the Feedburner/Google forum.

    How can I call the author’s name in the RSS Footer plugin?

    I am interested in the same thing.

    On another thread, Yoast said that the plugin doesn’t allow for php, which means we can’t use the WP Author Template Tag. So, I’m not sure what the answer is… I’ll be waiting too.

    Yoast has mentioned in another thread that we cannot add php (the author tag) to the footer plugin.

    I’m trying to figure out the same thing. No ideas yet.

    I would also be interested in adding this functionality to RSS Footer. Anybody have suggestions?
