Plugin says its creating the products but none appear in the store

Hello, I’m using the pro version of your plugin for my store and recently the plugin stopped working, first I tried to update the prices and it wouldn’t do it by product title nor SKU. The next thing I did was deleting all the products to upload them fresh, with the new prices and stock amount, but now the plugin says its creating the products (when loading the products from the excel file a green bar appears saying . created) but when it finishes I go to the store and there’s no products there o none created.
