    Hello,

    Will you tell me does the free Wordfence scan for exploited plugins or only abandoned plugins? does the premium Wordfence do anything differently in this regard?

    Hi @emexonline777,

    For free customers, the Wordfence Web Application Firewall (WAF) protects against attacks specifically targeted at WordPress and WordPress themes and plugins. When running a site scan, a plugin with an update available will generate a “Medium” alert. If the plugin also has unpatched security vulnerabilities, the scan result will be “Critical”.
