    Hello there,

    Hope all’s well.

    We were/are trying to backup a staging site which, will be later migrated to a live environment.

    Anytime we initiated the UpdraftPlus backup manually or automatically, the progression bar gets stuck for a long time and the cycle never completes.

    Can you please provide clear steps to fix this urgently. We did contact the host but were redirected to the plugin developer.
