[Plugin: Schema for WordPress] Installing on WPMS

I have a wordpress multisite installation.

When I activate the plugin it creates a table wp_3_swfp (where 3 is the blog_id of the blog the plugin has been activated on). However, when importing the schema zip file to the db, it doesn’t import to this table. Instead it creates a table wp_swfp and imports there. When I check the settings page in wordpress, it doesn’t have any schemas listed (I guess it is looking at the wp_3_swfp table rather than the wp_swfp table).
