This is possible to replace the values in “options” table. Because many plugin saves data in “options” table. And, those values needs change after site migration or for any other purpose.

And, also it possible to search and replace limit to table prefix. Because sometimes we use the same database for many WordPress installations. And, only only one setup needs the value change.
