[Plugin: Search and Replace] Multisite installations

I was able to successfully use this with several larger installs of multisite where we had to remove a person’s name, telephone number and email address across about 1200 sites right away. Rather than having a coder come in and download all of the databases (some are several gigs) we were able to surgically use this from one domain installation across the entire group. Saved us a lot of time. We backed up, of course, but this went smoothly.
