[Plugin: Search Everything] Search everything and normal search on same website

Hi,

I am looking for a search plugin to use as an advanced search interface for a specific section of a client website. Can the normal search be used alongside Search Everything. So could I have my normal search in my header.php and use Search Everything for a specific category and its sub-categories elsewhere?
