• Hi! After many tears and a bunch of stomach aches, I found your plugin, and it seems to be functioning correctly! I’m finally able to purchase a class, and the PayPal login screen comes up…and I’m able to make a purchase. I’m just not seeing the payment showing up in my client’s PayPal account. Just wondering if there is something I may have missed in the setup? I have my API keys, the log indicates “success”, but my client is concerned that something is still wrong.

    So help you with that issue, Are you sure you have enabled LIVE account and not Sandbox? I would doubt that you might be using LIVE transactions. Can you please double check and let me know?

    Also, Which payment option you are using? I guess its PayPal express checkout

    Hi Oliver,

    Thanks for the response! I have been using the live account as I believe I have to set up a developer account to test in sandbox. It’s difficult to go back and forth with my client over the phone throughout the dat when PP sends a text confirmation message to her phone. ??

    I am using just the “PayPal Checkout” option in WooCommerce>Settings>Payment. I did try other PP options under Payment, but they didn’t seem to work or hook up to the PayPal log in screen.

    Hi @jenvasko42,

    That’s interesting, I see that you have installed out plugin and But I also believe that you are using woocommerce express checkout plugin as well, correct? Because I dont see any of angellEYE payment options enabled. So can you double check and enable PayPal express checkout option in your Woo settings > payments option, then enable smart buttons and see if that makes any difference?

    Also, it would be great if you can share a screenshot of your Payments area and the settings page for the Payment option you enabled.

    Thanks again for your help. I’ve been trying several options this morning and still no success…I do feel like it’s going to work, however, and maybe there is just the one thing that I’m not doing right.
