Plugin Seems to Do Nothing

    I couldn’t get the plugin to work, so I deleted my WP db/files and started over. Still, with a fresh install of WP and only the WP/LR Sync and Meow Gallery plugins installed, I can’t get Meow Gallery to change the look of WP galleries no matter what settings I use.

    I also tried disabling WP/LR Sync and so that only Meow Gallery was active, but no dice.

    I think another gallery is taking over everything, that might be the reason ??

    We are actually working hard on a new version of the Meow Gallery, it’s a complete rewrite and will work quite differently, so it might be better to test that new one when it comes out ?? The old one will go away soon, for the best ??

    I think you’re right. I had a conflict when trying to use the JetPack slider with WP/LR galleries. If I put the wplr-collection keyword in the shortcode, the JetPack slider keyword was ignored.

    What are the main features of the new version?

    Hi Walt,

    The new version will basically use less JS and will focus more on using modern CSS. The way it works internally has been optimized, there are more layouts, slightly more options, there are many issues fixes which were inherent at the former gallery architecture.
