[Plugin: Sendit] Success Message not appearing

  • I’m a big fan of this plugin and have used it a few times now with excellent results. However this time I have a very strange problem.

    I’ve installed it on a new site and for some reason everything is working fine except for the message that should appear upon a successful sign up. The error messages appear fine but for some reason this one doesn’t. The email gets added to the list fine but the user has no notification to see that it’s worked.

    I am using it from a page outside of the wordpress install (i’ve done this before successfully) but get exactly the same results when I try it on the widget. I have upgraded to the new version of your plugin, reinstalled it 3 times, copied one from my other site and it all ends up with the same result. Please, please please can someone take a look at it for me and shed some light on where it’s going wrong. I’ve wasted 2 days on this now and it’s driving me to insanity!!!

    I’ll get paid for this job as soon as this minor grievance is sorted by the way. I will happily donate you ￡50 when payment clears if you can help me fix it or even pint me in the direction of what might be causing it. I’m a front end developer more than anything but I do have some limited knowledge of PHP and ajax. I only contacted you after I tried everything I could think of to solve it for myself. I do understand that you are busy and probably get annoyed with such tech support requests, I did try to avoid hassling you!

    Hi guys! I’ve just fixed and updated my plugin check out new version 1.4.8 and let me know.
    Now the confirmation message should be appear correctly.
    Also i fixed all bugs to make it work with gmail smtp now

    Hi, thanks for the update. I’m afraid it didn’t solve my issue though :S As I say I have this working on another site, I just can’t see what’s causing the issue on this one. I’m getting grief about it not functioning correctly and will sadly have to look for an alternative if it can’t be solved ??
