Plugin sends all theme files to CDN despite specifying only some types

If I tell W3TC to host theme files with my CDN, and only specify .gif, .png, .jpg and .ico, empty all caches, and then test with Google’s “Fetch as Google”, I find it nevertheless uploads javascript and CSS files to the CDN. Is this a bug?
