[Plugin: SEO Auto Links & Related Posts] multi-language compatibility and aitolinks limit

Hi,
I use qTranslate to publish my doube language blog: Italian and English. I would like to have my related posts titles and exerpts in each language under the current post: the Italian titles and excerpts in the Italian version of my blog and the English titles and excerpts in the English version. But the plugin displays exceprts in both languages in the same related posts list.
Also, I set the number of auto links per keyword to 1 but the pugin is still turning the same word repeated in a post in multiple internal links:
