[Plugin: SEO Facebook Comment] Option to Hide WordPress Comments Doesn't Work

Option to hide wordpress comments doesn’t work. I just did a fresh install on twentyeleven theme and the option to hide wordpress comments does nothing. Does this option work for anyone? Having two commenting systems is redundant.
