[Plugin: SEO Facebook Comment] Remove a second comment box?!

Hi guys,
I have this plugin installed but for some reason the comment box is displaying at the top and bottom of the post, obviously I only need it at the bottom? I assume it’ll be some php editing but I haven’t a clue on what to look for to remove it, any tips would be awesome.
